The project items may include, but are not limited to, demolition and removal of existing structural, mechanical, electrical, communication, instrumentation and control components and installing new components, coordinating with other contractors, testing, site work, and miscellaneous appurtenances as shown in contract documents, and incidental items. Other Details This project is in SHA Cost Group “B”. Each bid shall be accompanied by an electronic copy of a bid bond OR certified check, in the amount of 5% of the total bid, made payable to the “Director of Finance, Howard County”.
