Town of Bolton, MA Request for Proposals Property Tax Assessment Services The Town of Bolton is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the Town with property tax assessment services for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. To include assisting the Town with compiling the annual tax recap, providing assessment information, preparing new growth reports and obtaining DOR certification of valuation for the 2025, 2026, and 2027 valuations in a timely manner for tax rate approval process. Request for proposal packages will be available after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 29, 2024, through 2:30 p.m. Monday, May 6, 2024 from Kelly Garlock, Assistant Assessor for the Board of Assessors 978-779-5556. Proposals are due by 2:30 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2024 to Kelly Garlock, Assistant Assessor, 663 Main Street, Bolton, MA 01740. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if deemed in the public’s best interest to do so. The Board of Assessors will evaluate the proposals and make a recommendation to the Town for contract award.
