The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Phillips Corporation for maintenance and repair of OMAX Maxiem Waterjet Equipment. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Phillips Corporation under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Philips Federal is the only certified OMAX Reseller. This allows Philips perform repairs and maintenance of the machine with OMAX parts and certified technicians. The NAICS Code is 334513 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 28 March 2024.
