ADA-09202 Proposal to Lease State Airport Land at McGrath Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 10, Block 200, consisting of approximately 20,175 square feet, at the McGrath Airport for 18 years, ADA-09202.  Applicant:  NA Holdings, LLC.  Annual rent:  $2,985.90. Authorized uses:  Aeronautical - Installation of two 2500 gallon double walled fuel tanks (av gas & jet A fuel) and one 6000 gallon double walled tank (filtered unleaded for aircraft) with a card lock dispensing system for commercial fuel sales. Construction of a building to be used as a combination pilot lounge/office.  Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., August 21, 2017, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
