href="https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/15300/portal-home" target="_blank">https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/15300/portal-home Owner's Agent City Manager / Executive Office Description Scope of Services The City of Sacramento, City Manager's Office is soliciting proposals to: The City requires a well-managed and financially sound Consultant with demonstrated skills and technical ability, established relationships and reputation with key members of Congress, the President, and the federal administration, success in overseeing and coordinating work of other lobbying firms and consultants, high levels of customer service, responsiveness, and satisfaction to fulfill the requirements outlined in this RFP. The Proposer must have a proven successful track record in advocacy/lobbying at the Federal level for municipal governments or similar organizations and be able to assist the City in developing and successfully pursuing its legislative priorities. ___ Other Details In response to the Request for Proposals, the City anticipates receiving competitive pricing as well as an assurance of quality services. The City intends to award one contract, however, it may choose to award additional contracts as the City deems necessary to meet the City's needs. The minimum scope of work required under this proposal is provided in Attachment 7. The total cost of the contract for Federal Advocacy Services shall not exceed $13,000 monthly or $156,000 annually. The Proposer will be compensated on a firm-fixed monthly rate and the monthly compensation rate proposed shall include all labor and expenses. The City’s intention is to award a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be for an initial two-year period with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms.
