The Los Angeles Area Fire Chiefs' Association (LAAFCA) has selected the Santa Monica Fire Department to assist with the procurement of a regional Training Delivery Model (TDM) to include production of training videos & curriculum development for use on a countywide Learning Management System (LMS). The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in contracting to assist the Los Angeles Area Fire Chiefs’ Association Regional Training Group (RTG) with producing six to eight online training lessons annually on topics identified by the RTG.
