Equipment Manufacturers include (and may not be limited to): TOYOTA, HYSTER, YALE, LANDOLL (BENDI), CROWN, JLG GRADALL, RAYMOND, TAYLOR DUNN, CAT, GENIE, DOOSAN ELECTRIC. BID SUBMISSION Vendor Bids must be submitted through BidSync only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids. Please note there is no Attachment B. Line cards, price lists, discount schedules may be attached. Please make sure to download, print, complete/sign, scan and upload to your offer the SIGNATURE PAGE, attached.
