Higher Education Undergraduate Recruitment Service

The University of Illinois Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop and implement an undergraduate recruitment program to increase response rate to a targeted search and generate more inquiries and applications from well-matched students who will attend and potentially graduate from the University, provide a student analytics solution to increase student success and provide a broad software analytics solution to improve retention rates and eventual graduation success. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible Vendor for the period of July 1, 2018 (or at contract execution) through June 30, 2020 with the option to renew for four (4) additional two-year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
Submit 7 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000
