Anticipated NTP is expected to be mid-September 2019, with a 20 month construction schedule. Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Suppression, and Electrical scopes have previously been awarded. This effort is to update the GMP project budget, and identify qualified subcontractors for final selection and recommendation to the owner. Davis Bacon Commercial Prevailing wages apply. A 25% MWBE participation goal is in place for this project.
