contract with Evolution Software LLC (“Evolution Software”) for the provision of NOVO Compare and PuR MetaData software license subscriptions and software maintenance. NOVO Compare is used for the comparison of documents and PuR MetaData is used for the stripping of metadata from, and compression and encryption of email attachments. NOVO Compare and PuR MetaData will be used by the City’s Legal Department; they are compatible with each other and they are also compatible with the City’s other legal software products. Evolution Software is the manufacturer of this software and as such, they are the sole source provider. TERM: three (3) years with the option to extend for six (6) additional 1-year terms for a maximum of nine (9) years The contract is valued at approximately $8,484.40 USD per year.
