REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FORPROFESSIONAL ASSESSMENT SERVICESVillage of Williams Bay, WIThe Village of Williams Bay is seeking proposals from qualified assessment firms to provide annual assessment services for the Village of Williams Bay, Wisconsin, (hereafter, referred to as “Village”) located in Walworth County, for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 assessment rolls. The Village is seeking a firm to serve as its statutory assessor. The scope of work is to provide annual maintenance work in a competent, timely, efficient, cost-effective and customer service-oriented manner.
