Customer requires 12-months of the "Pitchbook Boutique Subscription Technology Platform and Data. Over the past year, the HHS Office of National Security, Intelligence Analysis Division customer has invested extensive time and effort training its users on its current PitchBook services and its functionalities to create required outputs. The customer provides various open-source business information and intelligence related products driven by the current services to internal and external federal stakeholders. The customer articulates that changing the current service will have significant impact to operational tempo and effectiveness. The change of vendor will require the customer to expend more time and effort towards retraining its employees on a new product which equates to loss of operational productivity.
