IEHP is required to partner with NCQA certified and CMS approved vendors for regulatory surveys. Below is a list of annual surveys to be included through 2028 fielding and reporting: Annual Regulatory Surveys: • Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) and Medicare CAHPS • Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) • Behavioral Health Member Satisfaction Survey • Provider Satisfaction Survey • Qualified Health Plan Enrollee Experience Survey (for Covered California Members - initial fielding in 2025) Annual Internal Program Satisfaction Surveys • Monthly Member Satisfaction Survey • Post-Discharge Member Engagement
