Residential Roofing Services

The purpose of this IFB is to establish a service contract with a licensed roofing contractor in the State of Florida who shall provide roofing related work for Seminole County (County) in a reliable and timely manner. The Contractor shall have the capability to service multiple locations throughout Seminole County at any given time. The majority of work under this contract will be roofing repair and replacement work for residential properties. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards in the best interest of the County.BackgroundContractor must be a State of Florida Licensed Roofing Contractor.Contractor shall conduct all work during normal working hours unless authorized in writing by the County.
