Wisconsin, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all parts, labor, equipment, material, supervision, and transportation necessary for the purchase and delivery of bulk propane gas to Fort Hunter Liggett, California in accordance with the specifications and all solicitation documents including all referenced documentation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.An award for this requirement will be made pursuant to FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). The resultant contract will be awarded as a fixed price with economic price adjustment (FPEPA), single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract.
