Qualification Submittal Deadline: Sealed qualification submittals shall be mailed to the following address: City of San Luis Obispo Public Works Administration Attn: Madeline Kacsinta 919 Palm Street San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 Qualification submittals shall be mailed or delivered in person to 919 Palm Street. All mailed qualification submittals must be delivered and in possession of the project manager by 2:00 P.M. on April 5, 2024 . Submittals received

after said time will not be considered. To guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the Public Works Department in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the following: RFQ title Specification number Consultant name Time and date of the proposal opening Proposals shall be submitted using the forms provided in the specification package. A list of companies that have viewed the Request for Qualifications is provided on the BidSync Portal. Background: The City is requesting qualifications from qualified consultants to provide Transportation On-Call services. Currently the City is not adequately staffed to perform this work. The City is interested in generating a list of qualified consultants specializing in this type of work to draw from as needed. While the exact list of the City’s future Transportation planning and engineering On-Call services is unknown at this time, consultants should expect Transportation On-Call services will be required to help facilitate the City’s Capital Improvement Program along with other various Transportation planning and engineering tasks.
