All mailed qualification submittals must be delivered and in possession of the project manager by 2:00 P.M. on April 5, 2024 . Submittals received
after said time will not be considered. To guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the Public Works Department in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the following: RFQ title Specification number Consultant name Time and date of the proposal opening Proposals shall be submitted using the forms provided in the specification package. Background: The City is requesting qualifications from qualified consultants to provide Transportation On-Call services. Currently the City is not adequately staffed to perform this work. The City is interested in generating a list of qualified consultants specializing in this type of work to draw from as needed. While the exact list of the City’s future Transportation planning and engineering On-Call services is unknown at this time, consultants should expect Transportation On-Call services will be required to help facilitate the City’s Capital Improvement Program along with other various Transportation planning and engineering tasks.
