The Twp Police Dept is in need of new & replacement uniforms & equipment for its Police Officers.
Please download specifications below for all details & requirements.
Bids will be accepted for the uniform & equipment sections on the price sheets. Each vendor must submit a bid for all of the listed items in each section they are bidding. Partial bids within the section will not be accepted.
One or more vendors may be awarded a contract for the Police Uniforms & Equipment bid.
The contract(s) shall be awarded to the bidder(s) who proposes(s) the lowest total bid on the "2020 Price Quote Sheet". The 2020 Price Quote Sheet consists of those uniform & equipment items most commonly purchased by this agency. On the 2020 Price Quote Sheet under "Quote Total", place the total price of each of the listed uniform & equipment items. "This "Quote Total" will be used for the evaluation & award. The Twp retains complete discretion on whether or not to award the contract to one or more
