The intent of this RFB process is to select the most responsive and responsible Bidder based on price, plus satisfactory service/performance. Other Details Supply and Install (1) New BAC Cooling Tower Model # S15E-1285-06LN-2 (contractor responsible for verifying voltage, phase, and other compatibility with existing location, capacity, and piping.) AND provide crane, rigging, and trucking to remove and replace one dual cell BAC cooling tower. Please refer to SCOPE OF WORK for additional details. Notes The District will not be responsible for bids not submitted on the LBUSD Planet Bids website. BID BONDS Bid Security: Each Bid Proposal from the Bidder shall be accompanied by Bid Security Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of the proposed price for any additive Alternate Bid Item(s).
