This project is a federally funded project through HSIP funding. The project will construct new sidewalk on the north side of Titans Way at Lake Taylor High School. Additional work will include the installation of additional pedestrian signal heads and push buttons. In order to be considered for award, all prospective bidders shall be pre-qualified with the Virginia Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 102.01 of VDOT’s 2020 Road and Bridge Specifications.
