The bid opening will be conducted in A-100 Conference Room. The estimated range of construction cost is $1,080,000.00 to $1,230,000.00. Project includes: LAKE TAWAKONI STATE PARK: Base Bid: To construct the House, associated site work and site utilities, EXCLUDING site fencing, sod, and driveway. Bid Option #1: To construct the site

TYLER STATE PARK: Base Bid: To construct House 1 and House 2, associated site work and site utilities, EXCLUDING site fencing, sod, and driveways. Bid Option #1: To construct the site fencing, sod, and driveway. Bid Option #2: Demolish the two existing Houses and related items as described on D.010TY. Hazardous materials abatement is required for one existing house. Bid Option #3: Construct Carport 1 and Carport 2, and demolish one existing carport. All work must be performed in accordance with the Scope of Work for Asbestos Abatement, Technical Specifications, Drawings, Bidding and Contract Documents, and all State and Local requirements.
