Description: The City of St. John's is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for full-time traffic control services at the Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility. The required services include managing commercial traffic at the landfill and residential traffic at the residential drop-off facility (RDO). Services will be required year-round, six (6) days a week while the facility is open.
