SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS NAICS: 336612; Boat Building; Size Standard = 1,000 Employees PSC: 1990; Miscellaneous Vessels DESCRIPTION In order to conduct on-going research in the Snake River and Hells Canyon (WA, ID, OR), the USGS - Clarkston Field Office requires a custom jet boat and trailer. The boat will be used to navigate in the difficult conditions present at various locations, including Class IV whitewater. The Government seeks competitive firm fixed price quotes to meet or exceed the following minimum technical specifications as described in the specifications as seen in the attached document. Offerers are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Evaluation Factors as seen in the Attachment.
