The City has to replace approximately two thousand (2000) of each load management device within the next two (2) years. There may be times of heavy request volume in which the City would expect the contractor to perform up to 40 installations per week. The Contractor will also be responsible for Water Heater maintenance and First Call AC diagnostics as part of the City’s customer incentive program.
