FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF LEXIS-NEXIS LITIGATION PRESENTATION SOFTWARE LICENSESDescription:The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest in and industry technologies available to provide software/product maintenance and support packages by providing updates, upgrades, patches, and technical service to support 100 Sanction Enterprise Licenses, 3800 individual perpetual CaseMap and TimeMap Licenses. The technical service support shall include diagnosis of system problems and continuous problem resolution by phone, e-mail, or online assistance, providing both responsive and proactive services that will allow operational efficiency.Response Requirements:Responses at a minimum should address the following:1. Provide sufficient information to support the company's capabilities that
it presently has the technology, qualifications, and capabilities to provide the software and product maintenance and support by providing updates, upgrades, patches, and technical service support to include troubleshooting and question-and-answer document building capabilities for the currently owned software licenses. This acquisition is considered Software Maintenance as a Product as this software maintenance includes publishing of bug and or defect fixes via patches and upgrades in function and technology to maintain the operability and usability of the software product (Lexis Nexis software).2. Provide a point of contact for your Company which will include: the corporate point of contact's name, address, website (if available), phone number, and email address. Companies are to state their NAICS Code, CAGE Code and Duns Number.3.
