Project DescriptionContractors shall provide all labor and materials for the renovation of the meeting space in the Bowling and Billiards Center on the campus of Illinois State University into the new E-Sports Arena. This solicitation is for the renovation of Illinois State University's Bowling and Billiards Center, Building 370, located at 209 North School Street, Normal, IL 61761. Work to include select demolition and construction of new partitions, ceilings, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & AV/IT. The effective work space is approximately 10,700 Sq. Ft.
