DRAFT SOLICITATION - Cellular Wireless Managed Services (CWMS)

Dear Industry Partners,DHS intends to conduct a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference for the competitive Cellular Wireless Managed Services (CWMS) 2.0 requirement on Tuesday August 11, 2020, @ 10:00 a.m. eastern time (ET).  The Final solicitation for CWMS 2.0 is anticipated to be issued prior to the Pre-Proposal Conference.  We appreciate industry’s submission of questions and comments in response to the Draft solicitation published on beta.SAM.gov on May 28, 2020.  DHS expects to publish answers to the questions received from industry on the Draft solicitation in the Final solicitation.The updated high-level notional milestone schedule for CWMS 2.0 is as follows:                  Event                                                                   Date_Final Solicitation Release                                     August 2020Pre-proposal Conference (Webinar)                August 11, 2020Proposal Submission – Phase 1                        Late August 2020Proposal Submission – Phase 2                        Mid September 2020Contract Award                                                        Late November 2020To register for the virtual Pre-Proposal Conference please send an email to CWMS2@hq.dhs.gov by 4:00 p.m. ET on Thursday August 6, 2020.  Please include the name(s), title(s), and company email address(es) for all individuals that will attend the event.  Registration confirmation emails with instructions for accessing the Pre-Proposal Conference will be sent by Friday August 7, 2020.  Thank you for your continued interest in the DHS CWMS 2.0
