Maintenance, Repairs and Inspection Services on Various Type of Lifting Devices Project Description :1 - This RFP is open to all interested suppliers. 2 - The City of Calgary (The City) requires qualified Suppliers with whom to establish a long-term, cost and quality effective agreement for cranes and lifting device maintenance, overhauls, repairs and inspection services. At times, The City is not equipped to handle services on this type of specialized equipment. In order to keep units operational for all The City’s internal customers, The City requires Suppliers to perform this overflow work when needed. 3 - This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4 - The Agreement will be for an initial term of two (2) year(s).
