The Johnson County Park and Recreation District (JCPRD) is requesting sealed proposals from licensed, qualified, and experienced Contractors to provide Construction Manager as Constructor services for the Shawnee Mission Park Marina Project.  The project involves constructing a boat and equipment storage facility, employee workspace, restrooms, a low freeboard dock, and large plaza area.  There is also an accessible kayak and canoe launch facility located to the east of the marina that is part of this project as well.  The current budget for construction is $1,600,000. Download the Request for Proposal document from the Attachments tab for specific proposal information and instructions.
