Master Arts & Cultural Plan

Description:
The City of Norcross is soliciting highly qualified consulting firms or individual consultants to provide professional services for the “Norcross Master Arts and Cultural Plan.” The consulting firm/consultant is expected to perform responsible, professional work in the research, compilation of data, analysis and studies as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP), for the preparation of a Norcross Master Arts and Cultural Plan. The City is insistent that these documents be user-friendly with adequate visual aids and written in language that is easily understood. The purpose of the Master Arts & Cultural Plan is to develop guidance for the Norcross Public Arts Commission, to identify resources for the support of public art, and cultural programming throughout the City of Norcross, and to set priorities for implementation within Norcross.
