Fuel deliveries for Los Angeles Field Office

The Los Angeles FBI Office requires regular deliveries of unleaded fuel.  Underground fuel storage tanks are located on the property and must be filled on an as needed basis, with the expectation of one delivery scheduled to occur approximately every three to four weeks.  Each scheduled delivery will be for 8,800 gallons of unleaded fuel to be supplied and pumped into the tanks.  The first delivery will occur in February, shortly after the contract is awarded.  The period of performance will last through September 30, 2020.  No minimum number of deliveries is guaranteed under this contract.  The FBI is exempt from federal taxes, and proposals should reflect this exemption.  Exemption certificate will be provided to selected vendor following award.  Award will be based upon lowest price technically acceptable.  Attached Statement of Work contains further
