The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) has a Brand Name requirement for two (2) Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Synergy 12000 CTO Frames, each populated with three (3) HPE SY660 Gen 10 compute modules and six (6) HPE SY480 Gen 10 compute modules and including associated firmware, cables, installation, and warranty maintenance service.The Government requires this equipment to expand and strengthen the Data Migration and Syndication server environment at the Austin Information Technology Center (AITC) to provide the computing resources necessary to support the large scale and high performance required to support data transformation and analysis efforts as an ever increasing volume of patient data is syndicated back to VA from Cerner and other external partners and more data must be extracted to support cutover migration activities prior to Oracle Cerner electronic health record (EHR) deployments.The delivery of hardware shall be within thirty (30) days after receipt and processing of the delivery order. Maintenance shall include 24/7 technical support both online and over the phone, with defective media retention (DMR). Period of Performance shall be 5 years from date of award for the warranty maintenance
