It is anticipated the work will begin once roads are free from ice and snow and sand deposits are not frozen, after April 5. All work must be completed prior to May 15th of each year. The Contractor shall be capable of providing a minimum of three (3) sweeping machines to ensure the work is completed prior to the May 15th deadline.
