This is a solicitation issued by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center. Rather this solicitation is issued as a prospective award for utilization when any TIPS Member needs the goods or services offered during the life of the agreement. IF YOU ALREADY HOLD TIPS CONTRACT 210301 ACADEMIC CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTIONAL/EDUCATIONAL GOODS, MATERIALS AND SERVICES ("210301") OR 210902 CLASSROOM AND TEACHING AIDS GOODS AND SERVICES ("210902"), YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION BUT YOU MAY DO SO IF YOU WISH TO UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION OR GO AHEAD AND REBID IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CONTRACT EXPIRATION. IF YOU HOLD 210301, CHOOSE TO RESPOND HEREIN, AND ARE AWARDED ON THIS CONTRACT, YOUR 210301 CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED AND REPLACED BY THIS UPDATED CONTRACT AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO REBID AGAIN FOR APPROXIMATELY 5-YEARS. THE CURRENTLY POSTED "230805 SCIENCE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES" IS COVERED BY THIS BROADER CATEGORY. YOU ARE WELCOME TO RESPOND TO BOTH BUT THERE IS NO NEED TO DO SO UNLESS YOU WISH TO MANAGE TWO CONTRACTS THAT COVER THE SAME OFFERINGS. YOU CAN CHOOSE TO RESPOND TO ONE OR THE OTHER IF YOU PREFER. IF YOU HOLD ANOTHER TIPS CONTRACT OTHER THAN 210301 OR 210902 WHICH COVERS ALL OF YOUR ACADEMIC/EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH IT, THERE IS NO NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS CONTRACT UNLESS YOU PREFER TO HOLD AND MANAGE BOTH
