Times and dates for the review which must be held during the week of the 2nd Monday in March, are contained in the Assessment Change Noticemailed to you in February. Following a determination by the board, a
property owner becomes eligible to further their appeal to the Michigan Tax Tribunal. This further appeal must be received by the Michigan Tax Tribunal on or before the 30th of June following the Board of Review decision. The July Board of Reviewis held on the Tuesday following the 3rd Monday of the month, and is a time to correct clerical errors and mutual mistakes only. No property valuation appeals are allowed at this time.
