SOF Ethics Training

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Merit Leadership, Inc (Cage Code: 8CEG2) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).The purpose of this award is to provide a training course utilizing the previously acquired Special Operations Forces (SOF) Ethics Field Guide (EFG). The training will contain content previously published and owned by the intended awardee, which no other vendors own rights to.This notice is not a request for competitive offers.
