Request for Proposal - Construction Manager at Risk for the Remodeling of A and B Building - 23BM03C Marathon County Facilities and Capital Management is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Construction Manager at Risk servcies for remodeling of existing campus buildings on the Marathon County campus located at 1100 Lakeview Drive, Wausau Wisconsin. The construction and remodel will be remodeling the existing 1100 Lakeview Drive building, approximately 50,000 square feet of office building, formerly housing North Central Health Care to house Marathon County Departments. Pre-construction will take place in 2023 with construction, if approved by the county Board of Supervisors, in 2024. The Closing Date for the receipt of all proposals is February 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM.
