Notice of Award The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) awarded a contract to: GRAHAM ADVISORY NETWORK INCORPORATED 2217 POOLE RD RALEIGH, NC 27610 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The VA has acquired subscription-based access an existing commercial off the shelf web-based product named as the Oxford Textbook of Medicine and the Oxford Clinical Psychology Collection that will be made available throughout the VA healthcare system. The scope of work consists of providing subscription services needs for two Office of Health Informatics (OHI) offices; LNO and VA Central Office (VACO) Library. Subscriptions for LNO consist of online books, journals and databases with access being provided to all department employees. The VACO Library online and print subscriptions are made available to central office staff. This effort falls in line with VA s mission, goals and objectives in support of providing Veterans care. Contractors shall be responsible for the management, labor and equipment necessary to provide subscriptions detailed above.
