The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Minnesota has a requirement for Virtual Suicide Prevention Training. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541618, Other Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $16,500,000. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This contract will be for one (1) Base CLIN - 4000 (1) option CLIN for 6000.The purpose of this requirement is to provide users the skills and knowledge to keep themselves, fellow Soldiers, family members, friends, and others safe from suicide. In 2018, Army Directive 2018-07-7, Prioritizing Efforts – Readiness and Lethality (Update 7) removed Ask, Care, Escort training as the training curriculum for suicide awareness training. Suicide awareness training was replaced at the discretion of the Commander. This requirement is built to assist Commanders in teaching what to look for, how to respond, and what resources are available to assist individuals.
