(Local Time), on _Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM on that same day. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 4781 Arkwright Road at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
