ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods/Services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. It’s the City’s intent to obtain bids in response to this Request for Bid and reserves the right to compare those bids to an established cooperative purchasing organization. Examples of cooperative purchasing organizations include but are not limited to the following: U.S.
