TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSNOTE: Respondents are to review the submission platform on bids&tenders before preparing their Proposal. A separate document will be required for each evaluation criteria. Respondents are not to duplicate information in their response. Responses to each evaluation criteria should include only content relevant to the requirements of that criteria.Online PortalRespondents are to confirm the following: Ability for MPAC to access an online portal for placing and tracking orders for MacBook laptops, Including laptop specifications, stock levels, pricing etc.Ability to add custom, MPAC specific information to invoices. Examples include, ticket #, contacts, department name, end-user details, PO, Cost Centre etc.Ability to provide group management setting options; andAbility for MPAC to manage workflow approvals through the online portal.Service Offerings Respondents are to confirm the following : Ability to deliver MacBook Laptops throughout Ontario;Ability to provide new MacBook laptops on an “as-needed-basis” For bulk orders (quantities may vary between 50 – 100 units per occurrence);For on demand order (quantities may vary from 1-20 units per occurrence); Ability to fill orders for MacBook units with custom specifications (current model in use is the M2/M3 series);Ability to hold stock in a warehouse or storage facility. For custom-built units to MPAC’s specifications, confirm timeframe for an expedited turnover;Ability to provide MPAC with electronic copies of serial numbers for each order, maintain inventory of orders and a Device Enrollment Program (DEP);Ability to service MacBooks as an Apple authorized repair centre.
