Brushy Street, Leander, Texas 78641, for:CITY OF LEANDER ROADWAY IMPACT FEE STUDYwill be received prior to 3:00 P.M., July 8, 2021 then be publicly acknowledged.The City of Leander seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation to create the City’s Roadway Impact Fee study including, but not limited to, Impact Fee Land Use Assumptions, the Impact Fee Capital Improvement Program,  the Impact Fee Schedules, and

the Impact Fee Ordinance in accordance with the requirements of Texas laws and regulations. By submitting qualifications in response to the RFQ, all responding firms will be deemed to agree to the service provisions contained herein.
