Description
Scope of Services
The City of Riverside is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant to provide services for the preparation of a Citywide Local Road Safety Plan in accordance with The Federal Highway Administration’s procedures and to be eligible for future Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Call for Projects. The city anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. The successful proposer should have significant experience preparing Local Road Safety Plans (or similar) of comparable complexity and scale for communities similar that of Riverside in addition to community outreach, public engagement, and meeting facilitation experience.

All Prospective Bidders submitting a proposal must be listed on the "Prospective Bidders" tab on the City's bidding website. If the Proposer is not listed as a "Prospective Bidder" the proposal will not be considered.
Any questions pertaining to this Request for Proposals should be directed to the Q&A tab BEFORE 5:00 p.m. PDT on March 31, 2022.
Proposals are to be uploaded to the City's bidding website before 2:00 p.m. PDT on April 22, 2022. The time and date are fixed and extensions will not be granted.
Proposals not received electronically via the bidding website before the due date and time will not be accepted. Hard copy proposals will be rejected.
