The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 15 Network Contracting Office (NCO 15), on behalf of Kansas City VAMC, plans to contract by means of other than full and open competition for the procurement to renew the current pharmacy MedMined interface system to enhance the communication clinical and operation communication, population management and alerting portal. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The NAICS code is 541519 and the Classification code is 7030. The suggested Vendor is BD Carefusion, 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego, CA. 92130. Requested items consist of a Medmined Interface Portal. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
