LANDER COUNTY ARABIAN ROAD PAVING PROJECT.

FOR BIDS – PWP-LA-2024-331 For LANDER COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (OWNER): Sealed bids will be received by the LANDER COUNTY Clerk located at 50 State Route 305, Battle Mountain, Nevada 89820, for performing the work as set forth in the specifications for the LANDER COUNTY ARABIAN ROAD PAVING PROJECT. The bids will be received on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at LANDER COUNTY Clerk’s Office located at 50 State Route 305, Battle Mountain, Nevada 89820. Bids will be opened and read aloud. The Lander County Commissioners will consider awarding the contract on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the regularly scheduled Commissioner’s Meeting. To assure consideration, all proposals shall be made on the blank form of the proposal attached to the project specifications. The completed forms shall be included in the bound proposal and shall be enclosed and sealed in an envelope which is addressed to LANDER COUNTY CLERK, 50 State Route 305, Battle Mountain, Nevada

89820, and marked “LANDER COUNTY ARABIAN ROAD PAVING PROJECT.” Faxed Proposals will not be accepted. The Principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY ARABIAN ROAD PAVING PROJECT will consist of (including bid alternates): the demolition operations and installation of approximately 125,700 SF of asphaltic concrete, North of Mule Shoe Road in Battle Mountain, NV. Project will also include driveway approaches and mass grading. No proposals will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier’s check, certified check or bid bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the LANDER COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor's Board prior to bidding of the job. Engineering. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
