Rural Community Transportation Inc. (RCT) intends to use this Request for Quotes (RFQ) process to contract for organizational development services (based on the deliverables outlined in the Scope of Work). The Term of any resulting agreement will from the contract execution date to project timelines outlined within the contract unless the project timelines are extended by mutual agreement of both parties. RCT will provide staff or board support for logistics related to organizing activities with employees. Overarching Outcome: Assessment process that characterizes the workplace culture & climate at RCT, determines the status of staff morale, major drivers of staff morale, and a set of recommendations to start improving the organizational culture and morale. Required Deliverables Provided by Bidder: 1. Participate in up to three planning meetings with the RCT Personnel Committee and/or Board 2. Engage in an organizational climate assessment of culture and morale for an agency with 45-50 employees that may include surveys, interviews, and focus groups or alternative methods articulated by the bidder 3. Generate Organizational Climate, Culture & Morale Report 4. Generate Recommendations to Improve Culture and Morale 5. Presentation of Report and Recommendations to
