Annual Requirements for Water Treatment Plant Filter Media Replacement Project

The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract for new filter media at the City of Arlington's John F Kubala Water Treatment Plant including installation, disinfection, testing, cleaning, and underdrain repairs. The project will need to start in Spring 2024. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted. The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations. The receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in your receipt of incomplete specifications and/or addendums which could ultimately render your bid/proposal non-compliant.
