PALTSESSIONJANUARY2023

ACC-RSA has rescheduled its next Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT) session for 18 Jan 2023, starting at 1:00 pm and ending at 3:00 pm CST.  This session will be a continuation of the ACC-RSA Executive Director's intent to be transparent in our dealings with industry and to provide members of industry the opportunity to ask questions of the Senior Contracting Officials and  ACC-RSA Mission Partners in support of the various portfolios supported by ACC-RSA at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.  The session will include ACC-RSA, AMCOM, PEO Aviation, PEO Missiles & Space, PEO IEW&S, SMDC and DEVCOM AvMC contracting and program management senior leaders.Unlike PALT sessions of the past two years, this session is being planned as a hybrid event, combining in-person attendance with a virtual option via TEAMS.  It will be held in the Bob Jones Auditorium in the Sparkman Center on Redstone Arsenal.  In order to attend, individuals must R.S.V.P. via the following email address Not Later Than

(NLT) 6 January 2023:  usarmy.redstone.acc.mbx.acc-rsa-palt@army.mil You will need to designate virtual or in-person attendance when you register for the event.  For those choosing to attend via TEAMS, the link to the session will be provided as we get closer to the date of the event.  For those choosing to attend in person, information regarding access to the Arsenal and the Sparkman Center complex will be provided via email. Although attendees will be allowed to ask questions during the session, we are again asking that you submit any questions you have about specific programs and procurements in advance.  In order to afford sufficient time to prepare responses, all questions must be provided NLT 30 December 2022.  Just as we've done for previous PALT sessions, we will be taking interactive questions at the end of this session from the virtual attendees using the chat function in TEAMS.  We will also be taking live questions from the in-person attendees, allowing industry to ask real time questions of the senior leaders.  Please be aware that the PALT session is only scheduled for 2 hours, so if you already have questions in mind about specific requirements in PALT or soon to be in PALT, it would be better to submit those questions in advance, rather than waiting until the end of the session.  With over 250 industry partners in attendance, it's possible that we might run out of time before we get to your question. With regards to future PALT sessions, ACC-RSA will continue to monitor the COVID situation and will provide information via the Sam.gov website.
