and/or services as specified herein. Please note Supplier Bids must be submitted through the solicitation portal no later than the date and time specified above. Supplier Bids submitted after the prescribed time will be rejected at USF’s sole discretion. Supplier Bids, and revisions thereto, will not be accepted at any time by fax or email. Accepted Supplier Bids will be opened and recorded immediately after the time specified above. Suppliers cannot withdraw submitted Supplier Bids after the submission deadline has passed. Purpose of Event The purpose of this solicitation is to allow the University to enter into continuing services contracts with multiple qualified state licensed and certified Electrical contractors to provide non-exclusive time and materials electrical services on the USF Tampa Campus, USF Sarasota campus, the USF St. Petersburg campus and any other USF owned properties. USF’s intention is to establish agreements with multiple supplier/contractors for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) one (1) year renewals at USF’s option. Each project under the contract shall have a contract value of not less than $1.00 and not more than $4,000,000. We are seeking licensed and qualified electrical companies to be on contract with USF for both emergency and planned repairs. 1.3.
