Only one (1) proposal (submittal) will be accepted from each Proposer. The objective of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) solicitation is to identify vendors who have the capacity, experience and expertise as well as interest to provide the needed Services as set forth in this RFP. It is the County’s intent to award a contract with an initial term of three (3) years with an option for the County to renew for additional two (2) one-year extensions, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. The County will hold a virtual pre-proposal conference through Microsoft Teams on the date and time specified in Section III. A of this RFP. A teleconference line will also be provided, but attendance is encouraged through the Microsoft Teams Application. Attendance in the pre-proposal conference is highly recommended but not mandatory. When submitting your proposal, please include all required Declarations and supporting documentation as requested within the RFP.
